What is the Orlando Jazz Festival?
The Orlando Jazz Festival is a two-day outdoor music festival presented by the Orlando Jazz Collective, featuring nationally recognized artists and Orlando-based talent in a scenic lakeside setting at the Mennello Museum of American Art.

March 21–22 at the Mennello Museum of American Art in Orlando, Florida.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an outdoor event. Please plan and dress accordingly for Florida weather and sun exposure.
Is the festival rain or shine?
Yes. The event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise noted. In the event of severe weather or conditions that may threaten public safety, the festival reserves the right to delay, pause, or cancel programming. Weather-related updates will be shared via email and official social media channels.
Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes. All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for weather, artist lineup changes, scheduling adjustments, or personal conflicts.
Will tickets be available at the door?
A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, subject to capacity. Prices may be higher at the door.
What time do gates open?
Gates open at 12:00pm each day.
If I buy a VIP or Reserved ticket for one session, can I stay all day?
Yes. VIP and Reserved tickets are tied to a specific seat during the session purchased. Before or after your ticketed session, all ticket holders may remain on festival grounds and enjoy performances from the general admission standing area for the remainder of the day.
How does session seating work?
VIP and Reserved seating is guaranteed only for the specific session purchased. Seating access outside of that session is not guaranteed.
Can I attend both sessions in one day?
Yes. All ticket holders may attend both sessions scheduled on the day of their ticket. Seating is limited to VIP and Reserved tickets during their designated session.
Do tickets transfer between Saturday and Sunday?
No. Tickets are valid only for the specific day purchased.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Ticket upgrades may be available based on capacity. Please contact the festival team in advance or inquire at the box office on-site.
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband or festival credential.
Can someone be denied entry or removed from the festival?
Yes. The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or prohibited behavior without refund.
Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes. The festival is open to all ages. Children ages 5 and older must have a ticket for entry.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes. Alcohol will be available for purchase. A valid government-issued ID is required. Festival management and vendors reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
Is parking available?
There is no on-site parking at the venue. Guests may park at nearby parking garages and take a shuttle to the festival or use rideshare services.
Is parking free?
Parking rates are determined by the individual parking facilities. Valet parking will be available for purchase.
Will there be shuttle service?
Yes. Shuttle details, routes, and pickup locations will be announced closer to the event.
Is rideshare encouraged?
Yes. We strongly encourage using rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft for convenience.
Parking and shuttle services are provided for guest convenience. The festival is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.

Are guests responsible for their own safety?
Yes. By attending, guests assume all risks associated with outdoor events, including weather conditions, crowd activity, uneven surfaces, and noise levels.
Will the event be photographed or recorded?
Yes. By entering the festival grounds, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the Orlando Jazz Collective the right to use such media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Can I bring a camera?
Personal cameras are welcome. Professional photography, video, or recording equipment requires prior written approval.
By entering the event premises, all attendees agree to comply with event rules and conditions of entry. Outside food, beverages, coolers, containers, and similar items are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by event management.
Event staff and security personnel reserve the right to inspect all bags, containers, and personal items upon entry. Prohibited items may be denied entry, confiscated, or require removal from the premises at the discretion of event management.
Exceptions may be made for individuals with documented medical conditions, disabilities, infant needs, or other legally required accommodations. Attendees seeking accommodations should contact event management in advance or notify staff upon arrival.
Failure to comply with event policies may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
